Assassination:

I'm not sure of the format for these but...

In order of preference, assassinate 1) Deniken, 2) Kolchak.  Use 5 AM's in
the attempt.

It's not clear from the to me how to indicate this using the si-move rules
but my desire is to assassinate Deniken by moving Sytin and Bela Kun to
intercept what I expect his possible routes/destinations to be.  Failing an
interception of Deniken, I hope to intercept Kolchak and assassinate him.
Should I intercept Kolchak first, however, I will wait on the assassination
attempt to see if I do intercept Deniken.  If not, then the Kolchak
assassination will go forward.
