The resolution for Spring 1522 follows. Please check it carefully for
mistakes.

Rules questions: below Pietro orders his fleet to convoy A Otranto to
Messina. I always assumed that Armies could cross this strait (and 
the one between Corsica/Sardinia). Am I wrong? I cannot find a rule
to apply here.

Second, Thomas orders A Venice->Fruili but has no F in Venice Lagoon
for the convoy. Does the A Venice move thus fail?

Note: Fruili has famine. Thomas did order:-

so there is no risk of him losing the Army due to famine
