Provinces : Unfortunately it is only 14 as Sardinia is now in Turkish hands
(so I have 17 - Austria, Milan and Salerno, were Famine is raging)

Cities : it is only 8, unfortunately, as Sardinia (Again) is not to be
counted, and I lost Austria and Milan(3) to Famine

Variable income is 5+5 = 10

Total Income : 1+14+8+5+5 = 33
