By my interpretation of rule 19.13 a field treasury must be with a leader
to move.  A fleet without a leader on board cannot carry a treasury.  If I
am wrong about this 100 bezants of the treasury in Famagusta goes to
Latakia with the fleet.  If not it stays in Famagusta for later transport.

This should give me:

20 strength points under Bohemond aiding in the siege of Antioch.

12 points and the English fleet in Latakia under Rainulf.

2 points in Famagusta under Richard

1 point in hex 1805 under Roger.
