Each can use the territory of the other for movement, subject to agreement on a unit by unit basis. 3. Each power will aid the other with monies when requested and when able. Said monies would be given the blessing of the Holy Father by being routed through him. Said monies would be repaid with a small offering for the Holy Father and the loaner. 4. This treaty lasts from 1533 to 1540. It will be renewable at the option of both parties. *Ending in 1542 Treaty between the Lutherans and the Hapsburg Empire We, Charles and Luther, agree to an non-aggression pact. Neither side will declare war on the other. Hapsburg forces will not enter any Lutherian owned areas or areas within Germany without the express permission of Luther. Lutherean forces will not venture into territories owned by the Hapsburgs without permission from Charles. The Lutherean player may only convert an area owned by the Hapsburgs with the express permission of Charles. This treaty to run till 1542 prior to which time negotiations to prolong the treaty will be undertaken.
