Ottoman troops will move

In the most recent Ferman or Imperial Edict, and, upon the untimely death of
Ibrahim; Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent has appointed myself, Mehmed Sokollu,
as the Grand Vezir of the Ottoman Empire. As my first order of business,
in the name of the Sultan I proclaim that God is great, and that the Royal
House of Osman shall show all of the Dar al-Harb or godless lands, who the
true god is. With this in mind, below please see the military dispatch for
the year 1539.

For clarification: Stamboul literally means "The City" in Ottoman Turkish.
The Akce was the standard silver coin of the period. Sorry if this is a
pain to deal with, I just wanted to add a little colour :-)
